$1,000 a pallet (how much would we have to purchase at a time and how much do
we would want to put down to fill in)

present at meeting to ask the league to allow her 10 year old son (he has
played in the Mitey Mite division the last 2 years)
can remain in the Mitey Mite division again; not
comfortable with moving him up. Vote

Brandie found
a website with various different tournaments for the girls to try to get into
this season (need to look at dates and cost; if so would need to hold try-outs
soon for any girls interested in trying out for the team) would need 12-13
girls plus 3 alternates for each division
New Draft
rule: Manage keeps kids from last season unless moving up (*if manager moves
up, coaches that stay will take over the team and get 1 coach pick) if we have
to reduce teams in the division ( manager will keep 5
and everyone else will go back into the draft)
Check with
Mike Young to see if Jindra 2 (backstop got fixed),
mound on Major field got done (* when field gets dragged
try not to burry the rubber and base posts)
Looking into
different fields to use throughout the city (possibilities of using the high
school field on Saturdays for “Rain-out” games; maybe using Knells park for the
Mitey Mite division or Borromeo
(waiver form - named on Insurance to use field)
Background
checks - wait to see what Terry Heil found out, if he
talked to Vic and what code we would be in violation of if we don't get the
background checks done
Tim Stopp (City Recreation Dept) addressed the city looking
into re-vamping
